AI Layout Automation (AILA) package

The AILA package consists of the software components listed below. Some components must be downloaded and installed locally, while others are provided as hosted services.

Components:

• InDesign plug-in:
  • Article Shape Tagger tool
  • Article Shape Extractor tool
  • Article Shape Uploader tool (since v2.1)
  • Fit Article with AI - Integrate LLM-based service (since v2.0)
  • Fit Article with AI - Cassowary algorithm (since v2.0)
  • Automatically deployed via the Studio Server plug-in
• Studio Server plug-in:
  • Deploys the InDesign plug-in (see above)
  • Ships the Management Console (see below)
  • Downloads available here
• Management Console:
  • Configure System Settings
  • Configure brand settings:
    • Genres, Regenerate shapes (since v1.0)
    • Element labels, Page layout, Placement presets (since v1.1)
  • Import / Export brand settings and blueprints (since v2.2)
  • Blueprints - uploader and editor (since v2.2)
  • Shipped with the Studio Server plug-in (see above)
