Introduction
Many aspects of Studio for InDesign & InCopy are scriptable using JavaScript. This guide contains examples sharing how to script the scripting object model that deals with Studio. It should be used as a companion to InDesign’s Scripting Guide and the scripting model presented by the Adobe ExtendScript Toolkit.
This guide can be used for the following client application versions:

We assume the reader of this guide is familiar with:
